Lease purchase is a form of hire purchase but where some of the loan capital is deferred until the end of the loan term (a lump sum payable at the end to own the asset). Lease purchase enabled the customer to enjoy a lower monthly repayment making his McLaren sports car finance more affordable for his Limited Company.
